LEVEL C

LEVEL B

Service for companies that require specialized SQL Server support for their team of DBAs, who due to the workload or qualification of technicians need third-level external support to handle new projects or manage incidents from their platform.

LEVEL A

The LEVEL A service is also intended for companies that wish to delegate / outsource the maintenance of their platform and database projects.

Our team will assign a senior DBA for administration tasks, doing consulting, analytics, support and incident management work in accordance with the committed SLAs. In this mode, we can meet the critical requirements, either in your DB department or by interacting with your SQL Server.
